Athletic History
1976-1980:  Elite level gymnast
1992:  Upgraded from a category 4 to a 2 in first year of racing.  Attended an Elite Talent Search Training Camp at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.  Various wins and top 10 finishes at The International Tour de Toona, Killington Stage Race, and New York Empire State Games.
1993-1997:  Sidelined with the Epstein Barr Virus
1996-1997:  Studied and lived in Madrid. Spain
1998-2001: Comeback to intensive training and national level racing.  Competed at the 2000 US Olympic Team Trials; Road Race (field finish) & Individual Time Trial (27th).
2003:  Retired from competitive racing
2007:  Returned to competitive racing
