Personal Notes:
I am what some people call the "cowgirl cyclist" as I was born and raised in Wyoming. A few years ago, I did a semester abroad in Florence, Italy. While I was there, I took a 3-week solo bike trip up the coast of Italy and through the mountains. It was during this adventure that I decided I wanted to become a cyclist.
Over time, this desire grew, so in the summer of 2008, I spent the entire season as a privateer in Europe, guest riding with many non-English speaking teams and living off dimes. It was the adventure of a lifetime.
Since then, I got married, last December, to my best friend, Aaron (also a cyclist and which I may note, proposed to me on a bike ride!). Aaron and I live in a tiny apartment in Norwood, MA and I work for a company that does life coaching. He works for the best bike shop, Landry's Bicycles. I love cooking, drinking red wine, and am known for my sweet tooth. I love the feel of crisp, cold, morning air on my face. I also love to travel and write stories about my adventures. You can check out my advertures at my personal blog.
I am very excited to be a part of Team Kenda and all the new adventures it will bring!
