Personal Notes:

I've been racing since 2007 when I made the ever popular jump from being a bike messenger to becoming a bike racer. My love of competition was honed through ally-cat racing with my co-workers. Soon I was trying out "real" racing and I loved it.

I have since quit working as a bike messenger and I am now a student at Lees McRae College in Banner Elk, NC majoring in Elementary Education and minoring in Spanish.

When I am not riding my bike I am usually doing homework, but I always try to make time to catch up with family and friends, take the occasional day trip to one of North Carolina's scenic areas with my collegiate teammies, read something that was not assigned, or drink too much coffee with my lovely friend Ally.
