I am a busy mother of three and full-time employee of our 25 year old family business which means any moment that I can find to train or race is precious. I primarily race in triathlons but I look forward to adding cycling races in 2010 as it is my favorite of the three diciplines. I look back at my 2009 season as my best yet! I set PR's in all but one of my races and I hope to contintue that into my 2010 season.
